Is the sample really free?
Yes. We design your sample homepage at no cost and with no obligation. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit by bank transfer once you approve your design, before the build starts. The remaining 50% is due at launch. We never ask for more than the agreed amount.
How fast is "live in 5 days"?
Five business days from your approval and deposit, provided we have your logo, photos and domain access.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid in full, the site and its content are yours. Your domain stays registered in your name.
Do I need the care plan?
No, it's optional. It's there if you'd like hosting, security updates and small monthly edits handled for you.
What about hosting and domains?
We host on fast, secure global infrastructure. A .com domain costs about A$16 a year at cost. .com.au domains are also available.
